Description:
It's the Vespa Girl! I hear she runs over bad kids and hits them with her guitar.
Haruko Haruhara is a member of the Galactic Space Police Brotherhood who comes to the Japanese district of Mabase in search of the space pirate Atomsk. And during her stay she wreaks havoc upon the life of one of it's residents Naota Nandaba.
Her ultimate goal of the series is to destroy Medical Mechanica and free the space pirate Atomsk whom she's in love with.

- From the reference page you didn't get the face expression quite right, but since I'm a big fan of Fooley I know she is usually smiling very similar to that creepy, hyper smile. I can tell you put a lot of effort into all of it and it came out nearly perfect. 5/5
