This is Yami Yugi from Yu-Gi-Oh in the Battle City Tournament.
Also known as the tournament with Marik and the rare hunters.
This was the best I could do for this cosplay.
I tried my hardest and I'm proud of it!
Oh yeah, and instead of using just Ice Tiara I decided to be creative and you Radiant Prism too.
