Description:
Smeargle are beagle-like, bipedal white and brown Pokémon that seem unremarkable at first, but they possess a long tail with an end that resembles a paintbrush. This paintbrush oozes with paint, and the color of the paint is apparently different for each Smeargle.
Smeargle is the only Pokémon known to express itself in an artistic fashion.

it went down to like a 3.79 now -_-
i entered arenas on this acount 7 times and each getting like a 3.7
and on my other acount "imrrose" i got mad, i made an avi that got a 4.5 and it still didnt win D=
