The tutu was one of the closest ones I could find.
Looking at the Kelp o' the Loch stuff-- the wings point up, while the fringe for Tutu's hair is more like feather down that goes all around the edges of her hair ^^; It would be close, but I think it would have looked strange. - Report As Spam

- Yes, yes, yes, INFINITE YES. This is perhaps the first truly accurate avatar cosplay of Princess Tutu. There really is nothing I can recommend to make it better besides the feather crown she wears, but it is fantastic nonetheless. Props to you.
