- @ sab: the only Sailor Moon avvie that won in the past and was actually creative was the one where she was in the middle of transforming, and not her wearing her sailor scout outfit like 99% of all Sailor Moon entries.

All I see in the Cosplay arena week after week is Sailor Moon entries. It seems the only reason people vote for these Avi's is because they like sailor moon. All the avi's look the same :/
