Kira is the incarnation of Terpsichore the Muse of dance, and she encourages a young man to open a nightclub. Its supposed to be one of the worst movies ever, but it make me smile.
I don't think you can see it in the picture but she has ribbons in her hair the same colour as her dress, and therefore so do I.
