- TECHNICALLY this is the transdimensional passage coat, and existed long before the Organization did. It was designed to enable passage through the darkness between worlds without the darkness consuming you.

Different boots and maybe actual pants or some tights or whatever.
Since you can't see the actual pants. and different gloves too.
