- Sorry, I should probably have clarified that that comment was directed more toward The Ultimate Orgy than you. But while it's certainly bad form to criticize without noting why something is wrong or how to fix it, taking criticism with a grain of salt and paying attention to that which is true is the best way to improve.

- Imo, there is no point in listening to the negative. It will just make you feel unaccomplished and bad as an artist.

Well it's not really help if people say negative criticism. Such as "L is a male duh. And when is he ever seen with an apple or book? THIS SUCKS. 1/5!" Now, I clearly stated L as male in the desription. So there should be no fuss over that. It's not like I don't watch the anime, and I liked the idea of incorporating the apple and book into this cosplay, because they're the two main symbols of the anime.
Now I agree with you on taking criticisms into consideration, but only constructive criticism - Report As Spam

- You know, one of the first excuses of the immature is to claim people are just jealous and they can't do any better. Perhaps instead of dismissing all criticism out of hand you could consider that sometimes when people tell you something's wrong they're honestly trying to help you do better?

The avatar is female because I had already bought the hair as female and didn't want to re-purchase and waste more gold bending the gender. Frankly, the avatar's gender shouldn't matter, seeing as a female irl can cosplay any character, and thinking otherwise is sexist imo. Please, don't downrate because of the gender.
