Vaporeon is a water type Pokemon that evolves from an Eevee that has been exposed to the radiation from a Water Stone. This spontaneous mutation causes them to grow fins and gills, and they also gain the ability to 'melt' into water.
Wild Vaporeon are rare, and thus difficult to observe in the wild.

@ Pikachew: I did the best with what the site had to offer. I would have loved to have added that dark stripe, but nothing that I could think of would replicate the effect that it has. I would have also loved to have a tail with an actual fin on it, but again, I'm limited by what Gaia has.
Again, the same could be said of the eyebrows, but until Gaia gives us real bald heads, that's the best I could do.

- You took a tektek Vaporeon and gave it some water. -_- The eyebrows are disturbing and will never be fixed. Vaporeon isn't bald; its head has a dark marking that leads to fins. This is as cliche and common as first place.

- While you use very easy elements to create vaporeon that others have used, you have added things that give it more flair than the average vaporeon avatar, I just don't think it was better than a couple other avatar I felt deserved a place here instead, but congratulations none the less. =)
