Description:
Martel is Mithos' sister and the goddess worshiped by the Church of Martel. After she is killed by a human trying to take control of Mana, Mithos places her soul in the Great Seed, seeking to revive Martel regardless of the consequence. At the game's end, Martel and others are returned to life when the Great Seed germinates to create a new World Tree. This newborn Spirit becomes the tree's guardian and said to be the incarnation of all the souls that died to protect the land of Kharlan.
