1. This is a cosplay of Quote from Cave Story, the protaganist of an Indie game created by a person that goes by the name, Pixel.
2. The scenery is First Cave, which is the first monster area that you appear in.
3. The weapon is called *Polar Star* which you "recieve" from a certain sleepy gunsmith.
