The "10 Billion Dollar Beauty" Tazusa Sakurano from Ginban Kaleidoscope: This outfit is from the episode where she pretends to be a waitress & chases Pete, a ghost who haunts her, with tomatoes & ends up smiling for the first time while skating.
Her hair is actually in long low pigtails but none of the pigtails looked remotely accurate in style/color so I went with this ponytail for better accuracy.

- I tried masquerade but the color is so off on this hair style that it just looked bad, maybe i'll try a dif style thats more suitable for the bangs next time
