Description:
Feliciano Vargas is the northern half of Italy. Good friends with Germany and Japan, in the anime he is described as lazy, cowardly, a bit spacey and flirty. He loves pasta, pizza, cute girls (and boys I assume), art, music and sleeping.
His tie varies in colors but I chose to represent it as blue like the anime. The belt buckle is supposed to be silver, remember this is Gaia so not all is perfect.

- HOLY CRAP THIS IS THE SECOND HETALIA COSPLAY I'VE SEEN IN ONE DAY. I'm starting to think this was all part of some evil scheme +w+ whatever it is, I like it. This cosplay fits him very well with the items provided by gaia. He is very adorable, lovely job. 5/5 X3
