Alpha troll Meenah Peixes from the webcomic Homestuck by Andrew Hussie.
As far as my knowledge, they don't have eyebrow piercing things on Gaia, nor do they have shirts with Zodiac signs on them, so this is the best I came up with. Also, she has 2 braids in her hair, but with items on Gaia I felt that one long ponytail fit her more.

Hey a Meenah! This isn't bad, I'd just say find a picture with a background appropriate to the ref image and use the Trishula pose from the Padmavati's Lotus instead of the trident.
