The horns are to mimic the way her hair flows up into two horn shapes wraped in red ribbon, and the four-horned dragon she can turn into. - @Bilzinct emotion_facepalm the dress is not black, its dark red and the ref is a bit dark like Pilotslover siad; and it's for people like you and for the sake of the scythe that I put ANOTHER REF PIC IN THE DISCRIPTION. thanks for ignoring everything else, too.

- Its not a skirt, it's the closest thing I could find to a waist cape. Couldn't find anything closer.
