Lucy is the supposed queen of a new race called Diclonius, whom can be identified by horn like things protruding from their head, pink hair, red eyes, and an extra set of invisible arms called vectors. Lucy was bullied and tormented by her peers and teachers due to her abnormalities.
I was unable to find a full body shot of Lucy wearing this outfit! So I had to put one of Nyu instead :/ Also the bloody hands are to represent her vectors. - Date: 02/06/2013

- I don't really see any imagination when cosplaying this character. sure, it looks pretty similar but all you've done is slap on a pink wig, pink shirt and a black dress. This character is not hard to cosplay, and I therefore don't think it deserves a high rate. 2/5.
