True, under ruffle thing was not possible on male base (but some items are limited to base).

- I couldn't find items I could layer right to get the pink undercoat ruffle effect to work. I wanted to explain on the description but it has a 500 character limit. I'll grant you she looks a bit too innocent but so does the cover art on the example gif and that is part of what I built her off

Looks too innocent for the character in question.
And why wasn't it possible to add in the pink ruffle (mind you, don't have that much knowledge on F items, but that should be some ink and white together that might had worked). - Report As Spam
