Pumpkin Rapper is a monster created by Rita Repulsa to battle the Power Rangers. He wields green vine whips, fires laser rings from his eye, and can summon an army of pumpkin-headed Putty Patrollers to fight for him. True to his name, he distracts the Rangers with his raps and rhymes.
