Jin's a blade, a living weapon, who sought to destroy humans after his Driver and longtime companion Lora was killed protecting him. Because blades cannot live without their Drivers, Jin ate Lora's heart, becoming a 'flesh eater,' granting him life without his partner and immense power. After losing Lora, Jin had no meaning to his life. In the end, he made the choice he knew Lora would have wanted, for humanity.
