Thank you all kindly for your inspirational words of wisdom.
Not trying to be rude, or anything please- BUT, my intention was that of going toward a RESTAURANT style(?) kitchen- hence, "industrial" in the title.
However, if you will please let me point out, that, in the restaurant business, walk-in freezers are more commonly used- but are kept AWAY (huh,......almost in another room, you could say!) from the multi-fast-paced heat of the MANY stoves, stove-tops, and such.

- Well, I do quite a bit of dabbing in the confines of a kitchen, so i would just about say it's missing two things: one you've already heard from most of those who've commented you, and the other, perhaps a small radio or a television.
