This is my cosplay of a performer dressed as the Rat King from the play The Nutcracker. I tried to make it as realistic as possible with the use of a sword and the fans in the background. My reference picture isn't the best, but it's the most similar I could find to my avatar since all theaters use different costumes for the Rat King.
In the play, the Rat King is the villain. He wears a large crown and battles the Nutcracker and toy soldiers. - Date: 09/15/2008

I do belive it was originally the Rat King. The movie isn't completely accurate from the play.
Anyway, I love the Nutcracker, and think this is fair tribute, but what I find strange is that I was planning on looking kind of like the prince for Winter this year! Perhaps destiny will drive us to fight someday... O_,o - Report As Spam

- Not bad at all but the Name Should be the Mouse King not the Rat King. I watch the Nutcracker every Christmas.
