Ok techniclly, hes half a robot.
but he dosent care his ice arm is the main part of the robot. Im not going to tell u the long boring story. So ill just tell u a quick story he was full human but he got hit by a train (not going to tell that story either) so they had to operate on him they couldnt make him full human so they had to rely on robotics.
