- Description: this is my dream avi and naruto oc. it still needs one thing. the Naruto headband. his name is Kangi Hyuga, he has the byuakugan (sorry about spelling) and his special move is senbon storm. senbon storm is where he uses 64 palm stabbing each charaka point with a senbon needle, then he pumps charaka into gach needle totally rendering the victim helpless. NO HE SHOULD NOT BE IN THE COSPLAY SECTION HE IS NOT AN ACTUAL NARUTO CHARACTER!
