I...couldn't read the description....at all.
You have so many different colours of blue and white it's rather annoying. And the clutter. Absolutely pointless clutter.

As for the avatar itself, You have so many different shades of white/blue that it's ridiculous, no to mention the pointless clutter. And that clutter excludes the tangle of lights.
