Kazumi had been trudging through the thickest of dangers to find her brother.
Toru howled in pain. He had been bitten by a venomous demon, in which he would mutate into one himself.
In the princess's arms was a stuffed animal. One of the children had given it to her.
The day soon became night. The moon and stars shone from above.
