How she came to be:
Once upon a time there was a girl who was prettier than anyone, but very selfish.
While she was in the Marketplace nearby her home, she saw a wizard casting spells with his golden scepter to amuse a crowd of people.
Because she thought something that great should only belong to her, she stole it from the wizard when he wasn't paying attention.
