Arcadia is known as one of the world's premiere traveling markets, the massive barge docks at towns, letting down it's brass ramps into a colorful and collective stream of shops. The merchants there sell everything imagineable. This in particular is a sand elf merchant, she sells rare stones, jewelry, and mystic artifacts known to grant beings magical powers.
