Ice creeps back
Over miles and miles of ground
Surrenders, retreats without a sound
Back to the only place it could survive,
into the cold dark where nothing's alive.
Are there spirits, hanging in the glow of the Arctic moon
Watching the ice melt to water,
Water turning to cloud in the heat of the noon
Blue like water, white like ice
Clinging to the last of the cold.
Beautiful, dying...

this is something that is right up my alley, i have similar tastes when it comes to fantasy in such ways. and beautiful description too. over all fantastic.

- 4 out of 5. There is a little too much white contradicting the theme and there for it does not look like the character is melting, HOWEVER, it is pretty damn cool. Good job!
