I was in the forums talking to one of my friends who was dressed up and Rin Kagamine, and the thought occured to me that the Kottan Bells I was wearing would make a great Vocaloid if I switched things around a little. That, my friends, is where I got the idea for this ^^
I'm not all that happy with the maid headband she's wearing, but it was the only thing I could find that I could put on with the High Tech Receivers. - Date: 10/22/2009
