Radikah paused, hovering over the flower she had just visited, letting the grief wash over her. The loss of an Elder fairy was always hard, but now that her mother had departed, it was up to her to lead and protect those who inhabited Aekea forest.
For the first time in her life, Radikah was glad of the solitude the forest granted her. Her eyes drifted to the leafy boughs of the Mana tree, where she knew her mother lay. She could not halt the flood of tears this time.

Wow, now this is an avatar worth being in this weeks top three.
Being as its not too cluttered nor simple, and the colors are nicely blended with each other. The story was a nice touch.
