That mortals fall before her feet.
Charmed and held in inner awe,
They listen till she croons no more.
And when at last, she sits, at peace,
She turns to find each one deceased.
With light, deft movements she enshrouds,
Her icy-cold and lifeless crowds.
At one swift movement, glass appears
Atop those ensnared throughout the years
And with a smile, her song is sung,
Ready for the next to come.
