Adorable! 4/5 because it's very cute, love the idea..But I think the Sash throws it off a little...Maybe something more like...Pixie's skirt? Because it's transparent and would go with the top more, otherwise I don't know what item...But the Sash in my opinion just throws it off a bit and doesn't go with the top. That's my opinion though...
