As I stand here, with quill in hand
Ideas swarming, ever so grand
Here, inside my paper-jammed lair
I dream, I write, I think and prepare
Words strung together, like strings on violins
My ink and quill, are conjoined twins
Never will they separate
I must continue, it is my fate
To have even one rhyme stolen
Makes me empty and sullen.
