  • Artist Info: On October 29, 1991 A Rapper By The Name Of Joeii Cruz Best Known As Scarr. The Name Scarr Was Chosen Because Of His Facial Appearance, The Mental Scars From Pain In His Past, And The Way He Raps. Scarr Is A Driven And Very Motivated Artist Birthed In Staten Island, NY (New York) But Currently Residing In StroudsBurg, PA (Pennsylvania). The Passion For Music Scarr Has, Is The Deepest A Passion Can Achieve. Scarr's Passion Was Formed , Molded And Created After Being Mauled By The Family Pitbull That Was Going To Attack His Sister Untill He Got In The Way. Interfering With The Dog before it can Reach His Sister Upset The Dog And Made The Pitbull Retaliate In A Brutal Manner. Scarr's Condition Was Critical Due To Face Trauma From The Mauling. Doctors Operated On Scarr For Eleven Hours That Day Before He Woke Up. Having 576 Stitches On His Face And Being In Intensive Care Did Not Stop Scarr From Keeping His Spirits High And His Head Up. Scarr Began Writing Music At The Young Age Of Eleven To Relieve The Pain He Would Feel When Other People In The Street Would Mock Or Tease him. The Passion For Writing Grew And Continuously Became Stronger Until Scarr Started Battling In School. Once His Street Cred Was Built High Enough He Made Goals For Himself As A Rapper. The Goals Scarr Has Set For Himself Was To Get Signed To A Label, Bring Something New To The Rap Game, Make His Name Known And Be As Popular As His Music Idols. Two Weeks After Promising His GrandMother At Her Funeral Scarr Was Currently Picked Up By A Record Label Called Lunatico Records. Scarr Was Given A Chance By His Back In The Day Partner Bezzy. Scarr Contacted Bezzy And Was Given A Chance By Bezzy's Label " Lunatico Records " and aced The Test. Now Scarr Is One Of The Artist On This Indie Label.
