    Julie Katou is a Member of the Shimon Famiglia, which transferred to Namimori after an earthquake hit his area. They moved to Namimori as it's relatively earthquake free and it's close to where the Vongola Decimo's Inheritance Ceremony is being held (where they are invited as guests). He first appeared when he was walking and saw Chrome Dokuro.<br />

    During the gathering of Tsuna's Family and the Shimon Family at the rooftop of the Namimori Middle School, he was the only one to be away from the gathering. He was grouped with Chrome to patrol other areas near Kokuyo to protect Tsuna. <br />
