I'm starting to get re-addicted to gaia. Yes, yes, gaia's relentless advertising and continuous desire to become more mainstream still irritates the bejezzus out of me, but I'm finally ready to accept the major changes that have occurred. Save you of course the cash shop. The push to get more real money out of you makes me want to shoot myself. As if they don't get enough money as it is. They were surviving just fine off MC donations. And they introduced the cash shop around the time they started beefing up the advertisements in the announcements.<br />

I'm also saddened by the state of guilds. I don't know what happened to them... it's still beyond me how nearly all of them have died accept for just a few of the top guilds. PG has become an unrecognizable state and I'm still unwilling to accept that the once fast paced guild, the guild I couldn't even keep up with, is now nearly dead. <br />

I'm excited at the activity it does have. PG will always hold a dear place in my heart. heart <br />

Philosophy and the social sciences in general really have my heart. I love learning about the culture and ways of other people. It fascinates me. I'm anti-religion though. I'm what is defined as a mystic: someone who believes things about "religion" based on their own experiences. I do believe in God, but I don't believe anything the Bible or any other sacred text says about him. They have so many contradictions and fallacies. I believe religion is the greatest downfall of the human race. People take "hand-me-downs" and accept rules that they are told without questioning it. Wars are fought and people aren't allowed to be people because of someone's religion. My greatest belief is that without people, religion is nothing. So why should your religion kill another human or what that human stands for? If you do that to someone, you've put religion before the person. And you can't have religion without people. <br />

I'ma poor college student at Mt Hood Community College studying Computers. I plan to transfer to OIT after I've completed my associates. I want to get into computer forensics. I'm antisocial and introverted. I just quit my work study job at my school's child care center. I love kids, but it's nerve racking to try to fiddle you're way through controlling kids when you have limited ways of doing such, trying to keep from not over-stepping the real teacher, and the kids have no respect for you because you're hardly ever around. I miss it there, but I'm glad it's over with at the same time.<br />

Next school year, I plan to do some volunteering. I want to volunteer at the animal shelter and I might try a soup kitchen. I also want to get involved in a club of some kind. Perhaps the math club or some philosophical club.<br />
<br />
I love music. Who doesn't? I like music that moves your soul as well as happy, upbeat music. Instrumental is the best for that profound feeling. :3<br />

I don't watch that much tv. I'm downloading old shows I used to love. I recently finished Boy Meets World. I'm currently on 7th Heaven. Next will probably be Reba. My favorite show is Big Bang Theory!<br />
