Roses are red,<br />
and violets are blue.<br />
I have something to say--<br />

The violets are purple,<br />
and the roses pink.<br />

The roses have faded<br />
and the violets are grey.<br />
I guess there's <br />
nothing left to say.<br />

Those violets are weak<br />
and the roses have wilted.<br />
Nothing hurts more<br />
than the fact of being jilted.<br />

The roses are dull,<br />
the violets dead.<br />
The day after I told you,<br />
I now lay in my dark bed.<br />

The violets turned to dust,<br />
and the roses black.<br />
I can never hope<br />
to call you back.<br />
<br />
The vase I gave you is empty<br />
for the flowers have long since died.<br />
You had never thought that on that day,<br />
you may have lied.<br />
<br />
You keep wishing<br />
for a way <br />
to turn back time.<br />
Yet here I stay.<br />
<br />
You come to visit,<br />
and for a while, stay.<br />
To bring those flowers and think<br />
those three words you never got to say.<br />

I didn't know, for my spirit was gone,<br />

to hold my cold hand,<br />

If that accident never happened,<br />

Okay, the picture is from MetroCon 2008's Anime Human Chess Match. There was a raffle to win the swords shown (and some materia--got some yellow!). I won both the black sword and the yellow materia I told you about!<br />
