Well, my favorite manga are Tsubasa, Immortal Rain,
Planet Ladder, Yami No Matsuei, Penguin Revolution, Land of the Blindfolded, Millennium Snow, Ouran High School Host Club, Tokyo Mew Mew, Wolf's Rain, and I also love Angel Diary which is a Korean manwha, and my favorite anime are Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits Basket, Bleach, School Rumble, and D.N. Angel. I also like Hana Kimi, the Taiwanese version of the drama, and Nodame Cantabile, a Japanese drama. If it moves me, I like it.
My favorite English books are Artemis Fowl, The Wind in the Willows, and The Gift of the Magi.
I love O-zone, Nickelback, Five For Fighting, Maroon Five, Enya, Oingo Boingo, L'Arc En Ciel, The Cranberries, The Killers, Phil Collins, Ayumi Hamasaki, and The Goo Goo Dolls. In fact, I also like classical, like Chopin, Beethoven, Schumann, Mendelsonn Bertholdy, some Strauss, I think. I listen to lots of music, and I'll give anything a try (except rap, it's crap quite frankly, and hip-hop isn't exactly my thing, and the screaming guitar abusing bands are a no-no), but I have a soft spot for 80's music partly for nostalgic reasons. No, I wasn't alive in the 80's, but I listened to 80's music in some very happy times in my life. I'll listen to anything decent if it makes me feel something worthwhile other than sick; refferring to the aforementioned screaming guitar abusing bands.
The avatar to the left of mine (my right-hand avatar) is Chikage-sama, otherwise known to me as sister. What's interesting about my sister and I is that each of each other's interests contrast their counterpart's nicely. (i.e., she likes heavy and dark Anime with blood, and mainly I like light and warm and fuzzy things.) But the magic in this relation of interests comes in where they overlap. See, Chikage-sama also likes Ouran Host Club and
D.N. Angel and the Manga Tsubasa and some 80's music, and I also like Bleach and Rammstein and Disturbed (they don't scream, they growl, but that's more so in the case of Rammstein) and some Full Metal Alchemist. So, we're not the opposite sides of the spectrum, we complete the spectrum.
By the way I also like yaoi. (under the right circumstances) It's grown on me.
