(a) Remove a flap of skin somewhere it will grow back fairly quickly (e.g.,shin). (b) Cut out a pocket-sized piece of flesh.
(c) Line the pocket of flesh with a portion of the "extra" skin. Needle & thread will work but a superhot soldering iron is better.
(d) Attach the remaining skin, taking extra pains to make it blen in with the surrounding skin. (Remember to reconnect all veins & nerve endings. This will help your secret pocket to last much longer.)
