He watched the pavement get steadily as he worked his way through the air towards the ground. All the people below were innocent and unknowing. He hoped he wouldn't hit anybody when he finally got the ground. He glanced back at his giant diving board and saw his reflection falling as well. The look on his reflection's face pleased him so he turned his head back. He closed his eyes. He felt the wind plastering his clothes and pushing his hair upwards. He heard nothing but the faint ripple of wind, sighing past his ears. Satisfied, the man turned around and looked towards the sky. He was already in the white light before he hit the ground.
