• She darted across the same shadowed path of sunlight that Harin had been on not too long ago. Her feet smashed into the ground as she started at her legs go up then disappear...up and disappear...she bounded acrost a shallow stream, not even knowing she had the energy to do that. Her mind was racing, cluttered.
"Kill Harin Matzuro...Kill Harin Matzuro..." she chanted to herself. Only if she knew what he looked like--let alone why she had to do such a heinous crime. Clanking to a stop she entered "Hayashi" village. She bit her lip as she came to a normal speed through the town, she didn't want to seem oblivious. The village seemed to be a circus;colorful streamers hung from shops, blazing foods filled the air, and everyone seemed happy and out and about. She smiled at the simplicity of it all.
"How could this town be evil" She said to herself, making sure to avoid the rooster escaping from a circus tent. As she passed the village she returned to a dirt path, with the sides garbed in green grass. She squinted--another town! She sighed heavier, wondering how many circus freaks were here. But the next town was not full of freaks--but her target--Haruno Matzuro.
    "Could that be--?"
She could tell instantly, even though no picture was there--he seemed right. Perfect! He was walking into a open clover field where it was completly vacant. She ran as fast her legs would take her, bounding behind a boulder as soon as he cocked his head to the side.
    "Eh?"
He shook his head--not needing to worry.
    "I must be seeing--"
The blood ran down his face, turning his vision red and blurred. The last thing he could see was a girl with a tear running down her face. He was knocked out.
    . . .
    "Oh my God...what happened--!!"
He was in a small dirty cell, rooted to the ground by several chains with locks and gizmos. He tugged on his left arm feeling a slight tingle. As he touched his forehead, he cringed. A crudely bandaged stich was across his head.
    "And the hero awakens."
A elderly man white frosty white hair and a poorly trimmed beard gave him a hearty toothless smile.
    "Whhhhhy...what do we have here?"
The girl from before was standing next to him, her face a shady hue, refusing to look at this forsaken refugee.
"Why am I here?!" He cried, his face an angry red. Feeling his veins pop he never had been this mad. Cleary the old man could see this, for he laughed loudly and wickidly.
"Graaaahahaaa!!" He coughed nastily at this. "I don't know son--I just LOVE tourchering young souls!" And he wasn't kidding. It was one of his major favorite things to do.
    "Why you slimy old b@#$%&d!?"
    He frowned.
"Such a loud mouth for such a young man."
Haruno looked up at him, her face turning a sickly blue.
"But Sarin--I mean sir! You said this was a sacred--"
    "Shut up."
He slapped her menacingly across the face and her face touched the cold stone floor.
    "Lock her up!"
Two guards bounded her the same as Harin...
