• Part 1
I walked up to the guy of my dreams, so nervous that he would reject me. Thankfully, he was alone with a book so no one would be around to hear my shaking voice. He looked up as I came near, a blank expression on his face.
“W-Would you g-go out with m-me?” My voice quivered as I said the words that I had been digging the confidence up to say for longer than I could remember. He stared at me in shock for a moment.

“You? Yeah right, chubby. And they do have this thing called make up. Look around you, no one in the world would wear the clothes you do!” He laughed as he walked away from me, and I collapsed onto the bench he had been sitting on.
So he thought I was fat and ugly? Not for long. I would be the most wanted girl in school before two months was over.

“You’ll see, Damyan. You will want me. And I will break your heart. Just like you broke mine,” I promised balling my hands into fist.

I stood up and walked toward the parking lot, skipping my last two classes of the day. It was Friday. I had all weekend to go shopping for clothes and make up. I would get a gym membership today, and I would use it. No more fast food, I was going to eat healthy. I was going to show him that I could be beautiful.

I got into my car and pulled out of the parking lot and headed toward the gym. My membership would come first. Then I’d go to the mall. I had a lot to do before I would be desirable, but it would be worth it to break his heart.

After driving for five minutes, I pulled up in front of the gym. I walked in and approached the counter and asked the woman about joining. Ten minutes later I walked out with a membership card in my wallet, and headed toward the mall.

I pulled into a parking space outside the mall fifteen minutes later and walked toward the doors. Finding a make up store wasn’t hard seeing as we had five in our mall. After learning how to apply it and what colors would look best on me, I found a clothing store and had one of the girls worked there help me find what would look good on me. After paying, I carried my bags out to my car. The sun was beginning to set as I got onto the high way and drove towards home, but I knew that tomorrow would be worth all the time and money I had spent. It might take a while, but I would like the results.
