    "Yes, I realized that." Cassidy said. She heard the noise of children, and felt herself squished inbetween a window and someone else. Yet there was no one in site. No one, not even the person whom had been talking to her just a second ago.

    You are needed. That is why you are here.

    Finally some answers! she thought to herself. "Why am I needed?" she asked, sounding more confident than she felt.

    Do not be afraid. I mean no harm. And even if I did, that would not be much good. She heard the voice laugh, though quietly, almost to herself. I am weakening. And you have been chosen. As my replacement.

    I don't remember signing up for anything like that. Cassidy thought to herself.

    Even if you did not sign up, it is still happening.

    "Wait," Cassidy said, "Now you can read my thoughts?"

    And you can read mine, child, if you consentrate hard enough. That is one of the many reasons why you are choosen.

    Darkness started to fill the air, a thick fog of nothing-ness.

    Quick child, lay down.

    She did.

    Now, imagine yourself on the bus that you left from. You will be returned at the exact time you left.

    "Wait," Cassidy said, proping herself on her elbows, "I'm not at the bus?"

    Lay down! I will explain tonight! Just trust me.

    Cassidy lay down and imagined the place she left, and suddenly saw the landscape passing by. She was back. And she couldn't wait until bed time.
