• "And in other news, There is an Amber Alert for missing 6 year old boy, Alex Darson, A black belt in karate and a true prodigy, who was taken from his very own front yard. There was only one car seen coming from the area around the Darson home and out of that subdivision. If anyone sees a cherry red mustang with chrome spinners and an Ex- cons PWN decal with the license plate number ******* then please notify the police at xxx-xxx-xxxx so that they may take the owner in for interrogation. Now to Johan with the weather."

"Thanks Mark. It is now 10:37 pm and there is a downpour around the Larson County Area and will continue for the next two days all the while heading north west to-"

Charlie turned off the Taxi cab t.v. right as he was getting a costumer coming to his cab. She was a woman with long hair and a beige coat. Her arms were wrapped around her trying to warm herself from the ridiculous downpour and cold. Her heels clacked against the wet sidewalk as she opened the taxi cab and sat herself inside.

"Where ya headed?" Charlie asked her.

"To the Klorken Marta Bus Station just up Ale road and take a right. Keep going straight for half a mile and it'll be right there." She answered with a very timid voice.

Charlie peered into his rear view mirror to see if she was buckled (and get a little peek at the cutie). Much to his disappointment her Onyx shaded hair covered her entire face (most likely to shield her face from the sky water).

During the entire drive in the dark, there was silence. Well...not complete silence. The rain was the only speaker as it hit against the window. Charlie decided to lighten the mood as he talked to the woman with questions like "Where you from?", "Are you visiting family here?", and of course "What do you think about the city so far?"

The girl was very polite. Answering all the questions he had about her but never really asking any about him. He decided that she was the shy type. Many more questions and conversations started until they finally reached their destination. The girl got out and leaned into the drivers window. She paid the man the money she owed but still her hair covered her face.

Charlie watched her walk away with the same slow but tense walk she had when she first got in the cab. He was intrigued by the woman who kept herself so mysterious. Yes she answered his questions with "yes", "no", "fine" "okay" but she never really got into detail.

Charlie felt drawn. He was so curious as to find out more about the beautiful woman. He parked the cab among the millions of cars in the bus station parking lot. He wriggled through the lines of people in the entrance door, ones that stood in the middle of the crowd talking and those that were just in the way. He climbed up the concrete stair leading to the concrete platform. Everything here was dry because of the roof that protected the place (but it was open on all four sides around with concrete guarding to keep curious children from walking right off).

Charlie figured finding the woman would be so much easier without all the rain getting in the way. but for every rain drop that didn't fall, there was a person to replace it. It was a big task finding the woman but he finally spotted her waiting at terminal C, still in her beige coat.

He was able to get on the train with her, following her off the train, and tailing her to her house which wasn't very far all the while keeping a low profile. Charlie crouched low in some bushes and waited for her to get in her house and then 15 minutes. Plenty enough time for her to get situated and watch some t.v.

He slowly crept up to her door and looked through the hole in the knob. It took him a moment before he could see anything. All there was was Grey on one side, black, then crimson red on the other.

"She's very plain about her home painting" Charlie said to himself as he kept looking at the unmoving colors. Nothing happened and after an hour, He decided to leave and walk to the nearest cafe. He sat there for a good while...maybe 10 minutes. There he met his best friend, Soren who was also a cab driver. Charlie told him about the mysterious girl who rode in his cab that night and how she lived up near there. "Oh. I know who your talking about" Soren stated "She never really tells anyone who she is. She takes normal rides in my cab everywhere you can imagine. Poor girl has this terrible eye condition." Charlie lifted an eyebrow.

"Eye condition?" He asked. Soren somewhat widened his eyes. "You mean you didn't notice? One of her eyes in the iris is Grey and dull and the other is bright red. She normally has her hair in her face so its difficult to see. You'd have to look up like 4 inches from her face. Really you can only see her eyes because the rest of her face is covered by her hair. Even in between her eyes."

Charlie's eyes widened to as big as they could when he heard that and his eyes nearly popped out of his head when he heard the next report on the cafe t.v.

"This just in! Breaking news. Another Amber Alert is Issued around the Klorken area. 8 year old Alissa Jones was taken from her room just 10 minutes ago. Her Parents walked in when they heard thumping in the little girls room. They walked in to find their daughter being dragged out of the window by what is now known as the 'Larson County Kidnapper'. After talking with the frightened parents this is what they had to say."

Then a sound bite of the sobbing mother and disturbed father played.

"Alissa was just going to bed and we though she was moving around in her sleep because she had nightmares that she was guna git kidnapped. We walked in and we say this girl takin' our little Alissa. She was some kinda monster! Ya couldn't see her face but one of her eyes was bright red. Her teeth were all real sharp lyke one of them there dinosaurs! It was lyke riht out of sum horror film! She just took our little girl and then jumped out the window."

~What can you conclude about the shy woman?~
~Can you figure out what charlie saw in the house last night?~
~Here's a hint: For one pair of eyes you use to see someone, there's always another pair to look right back at you~
