• "Summer, order up!"
I grabbed the tray fill with table 5's order. "Thanks," I smiled. I walked my casual walk to Table 5. It was a family. A mom on the phone, a dad making jokes to his teen sons. The two sons were on their phones and rolled their eyes at their dad.
"Here is your order," I smiled setting down everyone's plate where they were sitting.
One of the boys looked at me and he stared at me. He had curly dark blond hair and dark blue eyes which were beautiful. I didn't know where he was looking at me but he was.
I walked away after telling them, "If they need anything, just tell me."
I didn't look at the teen boy with blond hair. He must just a few years younger than me. I was 18 turning 19 next month. But still...before I getting into the thought of Ryan. Someone called "Waiter!"
I turned my head and saw my younger 9 year old brother, Lucas, wanting more french fries. I had to babysit him because of our mom and dad was working. I took his plate and ask for my fries for Lucas. What sucks is I have to pay it.
I wish I was not here, in this town right now. I want to college. But no, my mom need me to watch Lucas. I rolled my eyes and give Lucas his fries. "Thank you," he said and he started eating.
Working at this dinner place was wonderful but it was pain hours. I noticed the teen boy was still looking at me like I was goddess or something.
Ryan...she thought. She missed him, she wanted to cry just because he was in her head. She didn't know why still he leaved her in angry but she had a life to leave.
