• "Varrant Officer."
    "Varrant Officer.."
    "Varrant Officer Katze!"
The boy jumped as I yelled.
"Huh? Vhat? Oh sorry, I guess I dazed off for abit."
"This ist a meeting! Ve do not sleep during one, make sure it never happens again!"
"Sorry sir, it von't happen again."
"Good, now lets go over the plans."
We went over some of the battle plans for the Nazi army in the area, positions and status of the POW and labor camps. Warrant Officer Katze seemed way too innocent to be a gestapo and made me wonder, how did he even get to such a position? How could this weak, worthless, pathetic, cat-eared freak get into such a honored position? How? How?! How?!?! As I watched him I could feel the hate growing inside me, sweet, bitter hatred for this freak who was just given this position as a handout. A handout!? At what time do we, the Nazi party, give hand outs to inferiors like him?!
"Why don't ve stop bombing London? It's not demoralizing the soldiers and it's vaseting bombs." Katze said as I stared at him, the hate building.
"That's the most idiotic thing ve've ever heard, of course it demoralizes them." I heard Kuns say.
"Ja, ve need to concentrate on our advance into Russia, vhat is the status Herr Captain?" Said one of the men hidden by the dark.
I tried to put the freak out of my mind as I informed the men about the status of the Russian front and the conquest of the Red Army, but to no avail. His damned face lingured in my mind despite my best attempts, the hate boiling inside me with every passing second, twisting my mind even more then it already was. Untill finally, the meeting had ended and I took one last look at the cat-eared freak and I remembered those ears and whipsered under my breath. 'She's back...." I turned and walked away, now filled with glee and joy in my step, joy for "The Hunt....."
