• I was lying on a bed of soft clovers, staring up at the clear blue sky. Or thats how it seemed, your lips so soft like a bed of clovers, your eyes so blue as i stared into them. Our lips made sounded like suction cups as I pushed you off, though, I didn't want to. "What was up with that?" I hear you say irritated, drumming your fingers on your leg. "That was the worst kiss of my life!" I was lying through my teeth. The crowd around us erupted into laughter, "My turn to spin the bottle?" I asked wearily, still able to taste him on my reddened lips. "Yup." a girl across from me said, clasping her hands together and giving me a fool smile. I grabbed the bottle and spinned it, wathing ubtil it finally stopped. It pointed to Jason, once again, I'd have to kiss him. I felt my heart soar in my chest, though I pretended to grimace. The assembled teenagers bursted out in laughter. Jason's face flushed and he looked away, but i could see the desire in his eyes, drinking in my face. "Lets get this over with." I said, trying to make my voice monotone. Instead of leaning towards me, Jason ran out of the building, the beginning of a tear forming on the corner of his eye. I wanted to chase after him, but I stayed were I was. I hardened my heart against the pain. I'll never fall in love... but it was harder this time, and soon I found myself drinking in the frigid night air, chasing Jason down the street. "D-dont go!" but he was already out of ear shot, leaving tears strewn on the sidewalk. "Please?" I whispered, biting my lip as I heard the gun shot echo. Dead. He was dead. It was my fault, but like everything bad that happened, I just hardened my heart and continued on down the street, not looking at the crumpled body on the sidewalk.
