• The day was ripe with the morning dew, welcoming life with the morning sun and the chilly wisping winds.
The night of last, an unknown atrousity took place within the small town of Willingend. Many who slept and dreamt their night away were completely unaware of what was trully taking place outside their protective walls. Creatures of all kinds sprung from the abiss, making their way into this new world they had discovered. They came in hundreds almost, dare I say, thousands. They hid and fussed, not wasting a single moment of the night to venture into the weird and strange of this new world. Our world that is...
Aside from what humans hadn't known it was what they did know that frightened them that morning.
Trees split in two, cars crushed and beaten, lamposts and concrete shattered. All was caused by something they were puzzled by. Was their a war while they slept? Terrorists? Earthquake? Why they hadn't felt a thing, yet here everything was broken to bits.
"It's terrorists! I swear it!" one hollered.
"No it's those damn foreigners," an old women squaked, "Smashing up our streets!"
"Maybe it's aliens!" a young boy shouted gleefully as he tugged at his worried mother's shirt.
"Who knows! All we do know is that their a threat whoever they are!" Gruffed a man still dressed in his morning robes.
Even more of what they didn't know was that every single one of them were being watched by someone they didn't even know existed.
"It happened yet again didn't it?" questioned a smooth and charming voice that's low tone told us of it's gender.
"Why hadn't I noticed their escape? Obviously with such a rampage going on I would have...their getting harder to detect."
