Eve Hallow lay in the white tiled interior of her cell-like room, her arms and legs strapped down on her hospital bed and her windows barred, she contemplated about what doctor Andrew had said 'you would either die slowly in a stupor or fast with torturous pain'. Her religious parents would decide which way she would die.
Why did she even talk to that guy after she broke up with don. All she remembered was him crouching down on the wet concrete ground doubled over against the wall in the alley way, shaking in pain and hugging his adomen like he was trying to hold himself down. His wet hair was concealing face. He moaned as she put her arm around his shoulder and sweaty back and pulled half dragged his stiff body.
"Are you alright?" she had asked. He paused before looking up, his eyes where bright bloody red.
    He had the plague.
Terrified she stood up but he was quicker. The next moment she found herself pushed up against the wall, his teeth deep in her skin and a beautiful warmth spreading through her body. It was a heat so wonderful that no words could even explain it.Then as though somthing that had been bundeled deep inside her had awoken and a invisible thread tying hereslf to this person. It felt like her a door had opend and cold air was flooding in. She felt umbereably defensless and then she could hear words. Not words thoughts she realized, incredibly painful and guiltly thoughts.
I want to die. Its the only thing i deserve right now. She was shocked at his morbid thoughts.
Don't think that she had anwsered feeling helpless
But i am a murderous, killing monster i should die
No you shouldn't and you aren't
Looking down with a sick look on his face and eyes closed he pulled away but he didn't let go of my shoulders. She didn't try to make him either.
He opened his closed eyes and she watched as they faded from red slowly to a sky blue.
''you barely know me,'' he spoke in a husky, tired voice.
''Maybe but one day i hope i will. That day i will be truly happy'' She had said and she had watched as he looked at her with those beautiful sky eyes that seemed to look into her. She probably would know him if she could aviod dying today.
The white door that closly resembled one of a mental instituison swung open ''Eve, sweetie, we've decided how you should die." Eve's mother said as she and her father came in ''we decided to go short and fast.''
''Do you have any idea what this means? You won't regret putting a gun to my head at all... n-not the tiniest bit.'' Eve said, terrified. She felt her eyes widen when her parents just continued smiling '' Oh my god, you won't mind!'' she was yelling now.
''Don't ever use the lords name in vain eve, ever!'' her father said in the his normal dull yet comanding voice.
Tears welled up in her eyes when they left the room. Eve was going to die and she would never meet the guy in the alley again.
'' The guy in the alley has a name, you know.'' a mysterious voice appeared. Eve looked around and and got out of the hard hospital bed (her parents had untied her so she could say her last prayer) and found the alleyway guy by the window, hair windblown. '' The name's Ket''
She ran up to him, put her arms around his neck and rested her head on his chest which she finally realised was like a cold rock.
'' I'm going to die, Ket, my own parents are going to kill me!'' After Eve said that she unlinked her arms from around his neck. then he cupped her chin in his hands and made Eve look at his now vivid crimson eyes.
'' I won't let them do that to you.'' His voice sang, to Eve his voice was the voice of an angel, even though he said each word slow and with trouble.
''Eve, sweetie, the priest wants to bid his final blessing.'' her mothers voice rang through the door and in less than a second eve was thrown onto Ket's back and moving at the speed of ...whatever it was, it was fast.
'' I am never, ever going to let anyone ever get anywhere near close to killing you.'' He spoke with difficulty. it was a tone that had a promise in it.

That night Eve Hallow disappeared, no one knew why and nobody even put out search parties, no one organised a funeral, no one cared as Eve Hallow was thought to have the plague.
