• Two small Eevees, a boy and a girl, both with blonde hair and brown fur, lay at the beach shore, facing each other and letting themselves get soaked by the waves. The little girl was flipping her tail around as if it was supposed to be a fin, and the boy copied. When she stopped he would stop, and when she did the same thing again he would follow. Sometimes she would wonder why, because it only seemed that the boy wanted to play. But she was too tired to play, so couldn't he think of something else other than copying her tail movements?

"What dat fow?" the girl asked, stopping her tail movements. "Awe yo makin' fun o' meh?" As the waves returned, she propelled her tail again, and saw that the boy copied her once more. Her eyes narrowed in an attempt to glare, but the boy only smiled and shook his head, amused.

A small chuckle escaped the boy and he just scooted a little closer to the girl. "Nah. I just like it when you flip your tail," he said, once more following her every movement. The girl didn't know, but actually the boy was trying to tell her he liked her. He had seen her tail mimic the movements of things she liked or attempt to make the shape of something she liked that didn't move. Since it seemed that it was how she expressed that she liked something, the boy figured that doing the same would tell her that he liked her, but apparently it didn't work.

The girl just scooted away a little bit and stopped flipping her tail. "Weh, I don' like it when you copy meh," she said. "On-kun is meanie."

    "Am not."

    "Awe too!"

    "Am not!"

    "Awe too!"

    "Am not!"

    "Awe too!"

"Then stop flipping your tail around!" The sudden outburst would have made any three-year-old cry, but the girl only tilted her head. She only continued to move her tail, and On-kun would copy her, much to her dismay. If he was bored, he could have gone swimming. They were already soaked in sea water.

After letting her tail rest to marinate in the ocean water, the girl just looked away from her companion and towards the horizon. "I wanna be a Vapoweon," she said.

On-kun only looked surprised, or baffled. "Why? They can be defeated by lots of things," he said. "I think you should be a Jolteon. They're spiky and I know you like spikes, Keylel." To make his point, he gestered to the hair spikes on his friend's ears. "Besides, I think you're more like a Jolteon than a Vaporeon."

"But a Vapoweon can be in wattah an' land. I like wattah," Keylel said, moving her tail again. "I wanna be a Vapoweon." She grinned now, almost strangely, but On-kun didn't mind at all. He actually liked the way she grinned, even if it sometimes scared other people.

Sitting up, he glanced at the horizon, and then back at the little Eevee girl. "In that case, I wanna be a Vaporeon, too," he said.

Keylel just laughed. "I think you mowe like a Flaweon!"
